A&C ring w/seahorses maker?

the mark is SGP in a triangle plus sterling. Wasn't there a seahorse specialist in Baltimore? stone is silver matrix lapis.

The mark is for Stavre Gregor Panis, Massachusetts. His mark is in the backlog to be added to the website. A google search should bring up a fair amount of info.
