Help Identify Makers Mark & Symbol
It is marked STERLING and this mark. I would also like to know what the symbol of this pin might represent. I can only think of a Zodiac sign of Aries the Ram.

Not sure what that symbol represents.
Believe it was used by Sloan & Company, New York City.
Founded in 1941. Not sure how long they used that mark.
They became a subsidiary of Hattie Carnegie Jewelry by 1976.
