Japan Silver? Very hard to read marks, help!

Not sure if the pictures are going to work! There aren't any clues on how to download them!!

This bowl is about 3 inches high and about 5 inches around. It's very hard to make out the marks but they definatly look oriental in nature. On top of the "F4" mark there is a symbol similar to the symbol found on a Luen Wo mark, that is, it looks like the skeleton of a building. Make sense?

Any idea what/who this is??

Can anyone tell me what ANY of these marks are??? I've drawn the ones that are too hard to see.

There are no English marks AT ALL, this bowl is hammered sterling. How can I date this piece??
