unknown middle east or south eastern european mark

Anyone can help about localizing these thee silver plates?
They should be from North africa or South Eastern Europe

Hi Carlo,
I've seen this mark before on a box that I believe was djokja or jogja silver from Indonesia. A close up photo of the rim decoration would help identify it.
