I have this lovely dip pen which I suppose to be Chinese or Japanese. Can anyone help with maker, country and date ?

Hi Myriam,
Although the format is different, I think these are the same characters in the Jungin mark of Japan. See -> World Hallmarks
The mark illustrated there is from a Japanese piece, however, I am not sure, but do suspect that the same characters may also be used on Chinese silver.
