Help with Japanese Silver makers mark on Temple Gate pepper shakers

I have a really unusual silver pepper shaker. From my research I believe it is Japanese silver, however, I was hoping for some help with the makers, date and any history known about them. Any information would be very much appreciated. Thank you in advance for your help and time.
