Help identifying bowls - possibly arabic marking

Hello,
I have a pair of bowls that are marked with what looks a little like arabic characters but no other marks.
If anyone can provide any guidance as to who the maker might be I'd appreciate it.

I'm not sure that has worked either - am I supposed to use the IMG function, or is there an easier way?
