Unknown Asian Hallmarked / Marked Silver Bracelet?

Just found this, what I think looks like a Silver Bracelet from Asia.

Does anyone have any information on this Hallmark or the Bracelet?

Many hieroglyphs inside 福 "happiness".
Hallmark 十足銀 "10 pure silver".
Probably modern chinese, but I do not know it real silver or plating.
