Chinese Export Mark Silver Soap Stone Tea Cup

I have this beautiful what I believe to be Chinese Export silver tea cup with silver plate that is stamped on the underside of the cup and saucer. The cup is soap stone lined and beautiful. Can you help identify the maker and age?
