Help with ID markings and function possible ca 1900

I found a set of 5 in a box of other items dating back to most the early 1900's. These are small 4" x 3/4" approx 2.83 oz (each slightly vary). From my research I think they are "Sencha tea cups" (or they are nambe or sake?). The symbol outside the ring I think means "Pure Silver". Inside the ring, on the right I think means "Mitsukoshi". The symbol to the left of that I have no clue.
Any feedback would be great! Thank you!

三越製 means "Mitsukoshi-made."
純錫 means "pure tin."

These are saucers designed to be used with handleless teacups or sake cups. Probably date to the 1950s-60s, perhaps a decade or two later. The box would be a better indicator of age than the saucers themselves.

Hope this is helpful.
