Fob? Two Hallmarks Sun, Crown? Total Mystery!

Hello

This interesting little item I think is a fob. I have assumed it is silver because of the hallmarks but after almost to weeks of looking I still have NO IDEA about it. Not even where it was made.....the item is about 2 cm long and 1 m wide.

ANY help would be appreciated! The marks look like a sun and then a shield or a flower?

Hi,

The item is made from a piece of Thai bullet money. Hopefully someone else can identify the marks.
