Silver cup with dragon.

Hello forum!
Few weeks ago I bought this cup, a diameter is about 4.5 inches and weighs about 200 grams.
Dragon is similar to the Chinese dragon, but motif and decor reminded me cup from another topic viewtopic.php?f=13&t=38483 and there was the opinion that is a Tibetan silver.
I really wonder if my cup is Chinese...
I still have not received it from the seller, but it seems there is no hallmark.
In any case, it would be nice if some one could give me more information about this cup.
