Unfortunately, the south mark on the saucer is too badly struck or rubbed to be legible. Even so, none of the four marks on the saucer appear to match the mark on the cup. It may be that the cup and saucer were made by different silver masters and originally retailed as as set, but it may also be that, given the different engraving on them, that they are a later marriage.
I agree with FTJJ about the north mark.
The east mark is probably 義記 (Yiji or Yiki, or in older phoneticization, Yee Kee), but I have not found any maker by this name.
The cup is marked 全泰 (quantai). or possibly 金泰 (jintai).
Please bear in mind that everything written here is a best-guess scenario, and that a positive identification has yet to be made. Again, hopefully more information will come to light.
