Asian silver dish need help to id.

HELLO

I have this Asian silver dish which i need help to id the hallmark, there seems to be Asian characters & another impression which starts with the letter W then another letter & possibly the number 90. sorry but the hallmark isn't too clear.


It measures 6 inches across & rests on a coiled leg.

I had another look at the Chinese page, & it seems this is similar to the hallmark that's unidentified but possibly Wing Chun of Hong Kong, is that correct?
