Asian silver miniature water well, need help to id.

HI

I have this Asian miniature silver water well, when & where was this sweet piece made?

It's decorated with a leaping fish & flowers.

It measures 2 1/2 inches tall. the hallmark is small but i tried my best to take a clear pic ,as always i don't know which side reads up or down so i took both ways.
