Asian snuff or pill box, need help to id.

HELLO ALL GOOD PEOPLE

I have this Asian silver snuff or pill box, at first when i saw it, it was a bit grubby but a light clean reveals quite a nice design in silver & enamel.

What does the hallmark on the bottom say? as always i don't know which side is up or down so i will show both.

A search on google revels one more similar piece, it seems he worked around the end of the 19th ct.-beginning of the 20 ct. is that correct?
