Vinaigrette - enamel on silver - Japanese or Chinese?

I am trying to trace the history of this vinaigrette (which appears to be enamel on silver) but cannot find much info about Japanese / Chinese silver marks.
If someone knows more about this particular mark I would be very grateful for sharing it with me!
