thai prayer necklace hallmark

i have a silver necklace with a bunch of different things on it.the silver boxes have a strange hallmark and i was wondering if anyone could tell me more about it.

Hi,

The mark to me looks like the ‘All seeing Eye’ and perhaps not a silver hallmark.
