Need help identifying marks

Hello,
I was hoping someone could help me identify the marks on this dish. One of the marks looks like a bell. I am assuming this is British. Thank you!

900 silver from Egypt, probably. The "bell" is a lotus flower (your photo is upside-down.)
Someone with knowledge of the Egyptian date marks may be able to tell you the year of assay.

This appears to be an upside down Egyptian hallmark....bit hard to read that way but looks like post 1947 and 90 % silver....other than that cant make much out....
