Unknown mark Chinese Sugar Bowl

I am trying to identify the marks on this sugar bowl. I looked online but haven't seen anything exact. Not sure if the bowl is silver or plated. The outside is silver and inside is gold. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Hello and welcome to the forum.

I took the liberty of posting your mark on another forum I frequent that has
a few people expert at interepreting Chinese marks.
One of them tells me that the bottom mark on your piece says Chun Yin, Pure Silver.
Can't identify who used the S maker's mark.
