Please Help - Chinese Gold Bar

Chinese silver bar. 23cm long. Weights about 7 ounces.







The second character is silver, I think the combination is 990 silver. I found some google site that said "999千足银、990足银、925银等 ..." and mine matches 990. Am I reading things correctly?

Can someone confirm this or help me with the marks?
