Hi Ringo,
The Forbes/Kernan/Wilkins "Chinese Export Silver 1785-1885" mentions, but doesn't illustrate, the mark of a Hong Kong smith, Tin Shing, working in the 1870's. I suspect this is his mark. Although the fiddle pattern is of an earlier style than his working dates, it was still being made this late and the font of the mark also looks to fit with the later 19th century.
