Help with hallmark on Silver/Plate Pepperpot Japan ?

Postby julesgroove » Wed Mar 19, 2008 3:45 pm

Hi,

I have a pair of Silver/Silverplate Pepperpots that have this hallmark, and would really appreciate any help finding out more about them. I'm guessing they are of Japanese origin.

I've looked through the forums, and cant find any previous reference.

Thanks

Jules

Hi,

A little more information, Luen Wo was working c.1875-1925, his workshops were at 43, Nanking Road, Shanghai, within the British Concession.
