Hinged teapot with arabic marks

Any help with identification of the origin/provenance of this teapot? The marks are on the bottom of the pot

The latin reads as follows:

Ets: Etablissement (french)
Et-Taj: The Crown (arabic)

Cannot figure out the arabic scrip except for the word "the crown"

Because of the french word "Ets" I would suggest the object is either North African or Lebanese however most probably North African (Morocco, Algeria, Tunisia)
