Iit's Indian, but I don't think it's a few decades older. I could be wrong, let's wait for other opinions.

Hi,
Year 1743 is wishful thinking.
It is modern production in an Arabic speaking country, even India.
Besides, B1 is seen in one of the images; clear indicator of 20th century.

An Indian friend interpreted this writing as "nirmal" निर्मल that is "pure"

Hi,
Amena solved the mystery (if there was mystery at all, more likely we did not recognize Hindu script).
Nirmal is Hindu first name and it appears in Nirmal Jewelers.
Meaning ``pure`` does not refer to silver fineness (pure silver) but given name similar to Catherine from Greek katharos i.e. pure.
All said, modern production by Nirmal Jewelers, India.

I have to admit that it was a bit of a mistery because of the language, but hoppefully this thread will help others if they stumble across something similar
