Can anybody knows the year and what the others hallmarks means?

Hi,
From left to right:
Cairo and 90 in Arabic for .900 fineness.
National lotus mark since 1946.
Date letter - due to inconsistent use of dots and curves sometimes difficult to decipher even for Arabic speaker, most probably well after 1970.
