ID Hallmark & Origin? of Brooch/Pendant

Could someone please help me ID the item shown in the photos? Thanks so much for your time and help!
This is an Egyptian hallmark for 800 standard silver. The first mark shows the assay office symbol above the Arabic numerals for 800 (٨٠٠). The second mark, the lotus palm for silver, has been in use since 1946 and the third mark is the date code.
