Unusual Pin w/ Black Inlay + Etched Details & Arabic hallmark?

Appears to be Middle Eastern with what looks like an Ebony inlay. Any help with narrowing down where this was made or who made it is greatly appreciated!

Hi,
It's Malaysian. The script translates to the word is Kelantan, a state in northern Malaysia which has a tradition of silverwork.
