Help with Hallmark/Name

So I have this huge candelabra. Marked Sterling 925 but the hallmarks and name are throwing me off. One must be a date code with a 32 inside of circle of some sort (almost turtle shaped). Similar to Judaica marks. The other is just a symbol. Also found a name but cannot make out the 1st 2 letters or the last few. Under my loop it seems to be Thazcraims but I cannot find anything even remotely close. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks
