Souvenir Spoon: Turkiye-800 Palm? in Bowl

Rectangular mark with 800 preceeding what has a palm tree shape design within this same block...not exactly what matches the world marks example for Turkish middle republic. Suggestions on origin/maker?

It would be great if could everone say the age of this mark.

All I can relate is that the first object was found in the company of a mid-century Iranian coin finial spoon. I would expect they came from the same person who may have been a tourist in the era. This would seem to be the likely period to search-1950's.
