Oriental pot with precious stones

Need help with this item I suppose to be from an arabic country. Do the marks say what country, purity and maker ?

It is made in Kahira (Cairo) in Egypt in the fineness of 800/1000 after 1940. Most likely made 1965-67. You might have a minor problem, one mark seems to be missing, the official lotus flower hallmark. However, this jar is probably defined as an accessory object and then there is no problem.
