Trying to identify this beautiful cross pendant?

I found this awesome cross in a box of jewelry I bought at the swap meet I thought at first that it was a piece of tin the stones I assume are real but I really would like to see when and where it came from any please I would really appreciate it

The cross bears Egyptian mark (Cairo) fineness .800.
There is no date letter, so precise age cannot be determined. The mark has been used for hundred years.

By the way, forgot to mention, it`s not the Christian cross but the ankh, the ancient Egyptian hieroglyphic character that reads "life".
