Hi everyone! I recently bought this little Chinese silver snuff box. It is of very high quality silver work. Weighs 63+ grams, 4.5 cm wide, 3.8 cm deep and, 2.3 cm tall. The box is in high relief. There is a deer lying in the forest underneath a pine tree eating fungus surrounded by auspicious symbols, bats, mongoose and, foliage. The base is marked with multiple Chinese characters. So far we may have identified that is was made in Wu Hu a city in the province of Anhui by Silver Lake. However this is not confirmed for sure. The box has very good patina and toning. I purchased this as 19th century. Can someone help me with this. I cannot seem to find anyone who has seen this mark before. Thanks in advance. Adam & Mary
