HELP: Arabic Hallmarks on teapot!

I saw this at a little shop and cannot read Arabic but I was wondering if you guys can tell me who made it, when was it made or if it is ever silver! I'm still new to the collectors world! Please help if you can!

Looking at it, the color and patina, I believe it could be made out of pewter or made out of a non precious metal alloy.
