Looks like Berber from southern Morocco or Algeria

Script may be Tifinagh or neo-Tifinagh

Traditionally this tailsman to Kitab would contain a passage from the Holy Qur'an. From what I'm just reading about the Tifinagh alphabet and the Tamazight language which is a family of Berber languages spoken by between 16 - 30 million people across North Africa. Read from left to right.
