Help needed identifying marks

Hi, Can anybody help me identify the origins of this snuff box? It has two sets of marks, one on the outside of the lid and the other on the lip of the base.

It is made in Egypt, Alexandria in 900/1000 silver before 1946

Date letter is 1924-25.
