hallmark on pair pin trays?

Welcome to the Forum.

Just to add some further information, the marks appear to indicate that the dishes were assayed at Alexandria and are made of 900/1000 silver.

The date letter has me stumped, but must be within the range that you have quoted.

I don't know country you are based in, but a lot similar small pieces such as these were purchased by British servicemen serving in Egypt as souvenirs of their stay.
