Russian Jewish Markings?

Hi, I'm new on the board and to collecting. I have a bowl that has some markings. I understood the 84 hallmark to be a Russian mark meaning (875/1000) but I do not know the other markings. One looks like jewish writing and I cannot make out the other even with the naked eye. Does anyone recognize these markings? I hope I posted the images properly. Thanks!
