While it would nice if we could tell you all you want to know about the piece, the hallmarks on these earrings are only a fineness mark. The image that has the hallmark closest says the item is made of 80% silver. The image of the hallmark on the other earring shows the assay office mark above the fineness better but is not close enough to really see the details enough to read it.
This style of hallmark is generally accompanied by other marks that would give indication of country and even year of the hallmark. With space limited, the item was marked with the most important hallmark - the fineness, essentially leaving off the remaining hallmarks that would give us more answers. Since the characters and format that make up these hallmarks are used by many of the Arabic countries, it is possible that the item was made in some country other than Egypt.
See if you can shoot these two marks again close up to show better detail and maybe the country can be determined if the town mark is readable.
Good Luck!
