White metal bangle, possibly Middle Eastern ID help please

I would like to ID the country of origin of this bangle, I think it is Middle Eastern, not sure which country, as yet I have no luck in pin pointing the mark on the exterior of the bangle. It also has a pin clasp (I think that's what its called anyway) that someone enlightened me is of Arabic / Middle Eastern tradition.
