Israelian gold and silver pendant. Noy Li?

I bought this pendant (admin edit), it weighs 4.1g. It says `Noy Li`, `925`, `585` and in the second picture there is a very little `JA`. I've searched online and I've only seen a few pieces of jewelry with `Noy Li` and most of them are 14k (585) gold and sterling (925) silver, and sometimes saying `Israel`, so that could be where the piece comes from. But what I would like to know is, who/what is Noy Li, what does JA stand for, and any info (admin edit). Any info will help, thank you.
