Interesting Hallmark - Hebrew Characters?

Anyone have any idea regarding the following hallmark? Am I correct in assuming that these are Hebrew characters or is this some other type of mark entirely?

Looks more Arabic than hebrew to me, but I'm no expert. Could we see a picture of the whole box?
