Need help identifying turkkish hallmarks on ewer set

Postby tlindsay » Sat Mar 19, 2011 7:48 pm

Hi everyone, thanks for your help in advance. I have a silver platter with 6 mini goblets and ewer. I will attach the pictures here and the marks on the bottom for identification. If anyone can tell me the origin of this set and what you would call this set. It has been passed down from generation to generation from the middle east. My great grandmother was Jewish.

Looks Iranian

It reads on the left "84" and on the right "Reza" which is a man's name.

Regards
