Middle Eastern Teapot , Anyone Know This Mark?

This one I am only stating is white metal, may be silver plate or lower grade silver but as yet not tested.

We would appreciate if anyone recognises the Arabic lettering to base and can establish Country of origin, approximate date etc.

Any assistance would be greatly received.
