Bonbon dish with Arabic type marks

Merry Christmas everyone.

I have this dish which I am fairly certain is silver, not silver plate, but in accordance with the rules I am posting under silverplate. It stands on 3 ornate feet and each has the 9 .. mark on them.

I have read the site, the worldwide web but have not even identified the country of origin yet!

Hope my photographs are clear enough (or even come out).

I had looked at both before and could not match my marks but looking again I can see a lotus flower :-)
