Hello Vlad,
Your piece has been a subject of discussion now for a bit. It's reached into political intentions of countries. This is an Isfahani piece, around 50 years old, production during the Shah's reign. The stamp is suspect as it is raised rather than being in intaglio style, more stamped into the metal as is found on Iranian pieces, rather than an appendage such as this. This appendage and its markings lends itself to Egypt. Silverwork transient through Arab countries can sometimes, especially if unmarked, be stamped with the marks of the receiving country. The flower is a customs emblem of Egypt. It .840 content and the Arabic word " Masri" is written which actually means Egyptian. Many Iranian pieces were made unmarked. Whichever countries it has come through, it is yet lovely.
