This is a Morrocan coffee cup holder. It may be copper and silver plated or it may be made from what is known as white copper. It has the same gleam as silver. The workmanship on these pieces is the same as silver. It is known as Albaca. It is brought from Germany, aka German silver . This could actually be white copper, a tender metal. This is Morrocan workmanship. Hope this helps.
