Do you know maker - small handled plate/dish - looks indian

This is a small (16 cm diameter) handled dish with raised decoration in the form of animals and trees. There is an elephant in the centre which leads me to believe that it is of Indian origin. Please let me know if you recognise th hallmark which comprises the letters LM in one rectangle and T.95 in the next.

It’s a shame we don’t know who made it as such a lot of work has gone into the detail.

I’ll keep hoping someone recognises the maker and let you know if you are interested.
