Can't be much help, but they appear to be Egyptian post 1946. Check out World Hallmarks on the Home Page.

Hello, looks like Egyptian silver indeed. The mark in the square is of the assay office at Tanta, which was active al least since 1916. The Arabic letter is for the fineness of only 600/1000 parts. As for the other mark, sorry, I have to pass this one. Best wishes, Bahner
