I recently bought an Egyptian tankard. I believe it's 900 silver, based on the marks. However, I need some help with the city and date. Not sure if this is before or after they started using dots to indicate city of manufacture. And I can't read Arabic letters very well, so I'm having trouble matching the date mark to a specific year (range). Any help would be appreciated.
Please see the images below. Thank you in advance.

Re: Egyptian tankard
Marks are not very clear but at first glance from left to right; 1.) 90%/900 silver fineness and above the number the regional assay office mark, not clair perhaps Cairo, 2.) lotus flower blossom for silver used 1946-2005, 3.) year letter, if not mistaken used for Jan.1965-Jan-Jan 1968.

Re: Egyptian tankard
Great, thank you! Also, I couldn't find any maker's marks. Any thoughts on who may have made it?
Re: Egyptian tankard
No nothing about a maker(silversmith)/importer or retailer. Only that the tankard has been assayed in Egypt and bears the Egyptian hallmarks.

OK, thank you. I'll take a closer look when I receive the item, and report back if I find anything.
Cheers!
